"I would give them no star if I could. Be CAREFUL of this location: 1. They write the deceptive contracts with no end dates. 2. They have no shame claiming that their contract is designed to charge you for the rest of your life. 3. Tim Fischer (Troy location) and Pete Birchler (Lansing location) are the best to scam you out of your money. 4. Report contract issue at Michigan Attorney General Consumer Compliant Form on their website."
"Our orchestra teachers sent us, but the service here keeps us coming back. The front desk staff are always kind and helpful, but Kris in the repair department is an absolute gem. Every time we've been in the work on our instruments has been beyond expectation. Every encounter with Kris we've been given honest feedback and options on how to keep our string instruments in playable condition. There are no surprises about work that needs to be done in the future, we've been able to plan for things like replacing bows, strings and bridges. Most recently, we brought my daughter's cello in for a large crack to be repaired. When we picked it up today we were amazed at how great our instrument looks. I'm grateful for the expertise here."
"I regret ever buying a flute from this place. I should have listened and bought it from somewhere else. The screws are constantly coming loose and this place is by far to far to keep driving back and forth to. I am highly considering selling it just to buy a better one else where. Don't waste your time or money"
