"This is our dog’s vet. Parking shares a plaza with a few businesses so sometimes parking is scarce but that not their fault. Staff are always friendly and trying to make sure you are seen as quick as possible. Never had an issue getting an appointment when I needed to and the Vet techs and Vet do try to make sure your animals are treated as if they were your own. I appreciate them always taking care of my dog and will continue to come here as needed"

"Emergency and needed to take cat with me to Florida by airplane instead of by car. Walked in to EMPTY lobby to get a certificate of health for travel (my regular clinic is closed for holidays) and explained the emergency. I was informed it would $500 for health certificate and $250 for exam fee plus any additional fees they demanded. So Thanks Animal Aid Clinic - for making it impossible to keep my cat. My 8 year old daughter is crying trying to understand why it costs so much when the truth is you guys have a cold heart and are being greedy asking for an unfair amount and exploiting people. If you want to do the right thing my flight leaves 6:30pm today I am willing to pay $300 for the certificate and remove this review. Update: They didn’t accept my offer. Pathetic and obviously do not care about helping pets."
