"Took my dog here, the vet within 2 seconds said my dogs abscess was benign and that there was nothing to worry about. "That will be $100". Turns out it was cancerous and now were talking about removing my dogs leg to save his life. Reply: Why would I take my dog back to a vet that misdiagnosed my dog so quickly"

"Worse experience I've ever had at a vet. Took my dog in to get looked at to see why he was losing hair and what the bump on his side was. Vet walked in said has a flea allergy and some allergy to his face never really looked him over and was no help at all. The hair loss is only when it starts to get cold out and the prescription he gave him kinda helped but not all that much. I highly recommend using a different vet due to the veterinarian acting like he didn't even want to look at him or listen to what I had to say on what was going on. I could honestly say I would never take another animal to this place."

"Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and veterinarian. They took excellent care of our pets. You can definitely tell they are in it to help the animals and care for them deeply. They call and make sure everything is good afterwards also. I would recommend them over any other vet in our area."

"Wonderful staff and Vetrenarian!! Walk in hours only. But very good for if you have an emergency with your pet. Have used them a few times!! Highly recommended!! Edit- changed to 5 stars as we had to take our kitty in today to be seen. Last review was for taking the dog in. And again, friendly caring staff and Vet. Explained everything (what was wrong and what they did) and were very caring with my Dahlia kitty. I forgot to add that they even call in a week to see how your animal is doing! Definitely there for the animals over money as the price wasn't bad for the work they did. Highly recommend!!"

"The Dr. is great with cats, but does not have reliable staff around him nor competent staff to call clients to let them know that their appointments have been cancelled. Went for an spay appointment yesterday and found out that the surgical staff called out upon arrival, no call ahead of time. Was told by reception that they would fit me in today same time and as soon as I walk in I was told the same thing by the same receptionist who told me they could fit me in. I took of an extra day of work to come in the next day and was very disappointed. I wouldn’t have been upset but I was told that they would be able to do the surgery the next day. I am not aware of their staff or staffing but as a patient if I’m rescheduled I assume that the new date would be staffed. Also since it had happened the day before I would expect the receptionist to take my info so that if there was an issue she could call me ahead of time. Was told, “I’m just a receptionist I can’t place tubes.” No one was expecting a miraculous spawn of new abilities from this receptionist, simply some form of customer service prior to me driving all the way to the facility. Asked for my cats records and left. Will not be returning."
