"Worst pharmacy ever!! I have never been able to pick up my pills after the doctor calls them in... Not even the same day... Sometimes not even within 48 hours. Never had this issue with Walgreens. The staff is hit or miss. Some of them are decent, the others act like it's a chore to actually be polite and do their job."
"My husband needed his blood pressure pills and automated system said by 11:00 am today. We waited in line for 15 mins just to be told we couldn't get it until tomorrow. We have to drive 30 miles to CVS. There was one person in the pharmacy and a long line inside, calls coming in he couldn't answer and people coming to drive up window which was closed. That is the worst experience we have had. It is Saturday and people needed their scripts. Very unhappy with them."
"They are very unorganized right now, the customer service is bad, they blame it on new people and short staff. If your prescription is due for pick up Monday at 3, go Tuesday at 3 because they not going to have it ready. They will tell you it's not in the system, then you call your doctor and they tell you they sent it, not once, but twice So you have to go back to the store and you get a different person helping you and boom. It's in the system. The Pharmacist is the only one with some good customer service. What's going on in the retail world, customer is at an all time low!!!!!"
