"Buyer beware for the massage packages! When the promotion I purchased was replaced with the next promotion, I was told that I could no longer self-schedule but would be helped via email. Well, after multiple weeks of outreach, including three emails, one voicemail, and one website contact, all of which have been ignored, I have been unable to schedule the massage that I paid for."

"KCHA is an excellent value for a massage. As long as you go into it knowing that it's a teaching environment and there will be occasional sounds from the next cubicle, etc., you won't be disappointed. In every other way, it's like any other massage experience with dimmed lights, relaxing music, and a massage therapist who will focus on the body parts that you want worked on and at the pressure level you want."

"I don't know how it is now but this school put me and a lot of my classmates through many degrading situations. I was once confronted by a teacher who held me back after class and asked me outright if I smoked Marijuana. Highly unprofessional and none of her business. I don't partake but at the time I was working 50 hour weeks and going to school full time. I was rightfully tired and having trouble paying attention in class. A lot of teachers and other high authority staff would demean students and hound them to go to talk therapy. Rather than find a solution for students and support them they would essentially make their time at school very hard if they didn't go to therapy. Certain teachers had no background in actual education but were massage therapists in their own right. This made learning difficult. An entire class failed a very important subject because of how it was taught. I hope things have changed for the better."

"If you are seeking a massage, there often are clinics on Fridays where you can recieve a full hour massage from a student for a relatively low cost. If you're thinking about training to become a massage therapist, I suggest setting aside some time to talk with the instructors at this school. Their knowledge and experience is conveyed with their presence. Its a small school, and that's what I like about it. You can recieve a high quality education here. They have flexible class schedules and are willing to work with you."
