"The first day I dropped my 1 year old daughter off for daycare here, the owner made me cry and my baby was crying. It was our babies first time away and I just wanted to walk her in to her class and say goodbye and was treated with zero compassion by Jeanie and made to feel stupid. As a former employee here, I can say I’ve never been treated so poorly. The owner is condescending when approached with simple questions, punished me with a week off with no pay, when I had to go to the doctor. Employee moral is low because of the management and there is high turnover. I worked in the infant room and was given 4 babies to care for at once (2 with special medical needs) for the entire day, and was given no break during the day—not even lunch. I wasn’t allowed to leave to get medicine for my headache on my lunch hour and the owner, Jeannie yelled in my face to GO HOME and made me take the day off with no pay. I don’t agree with how the children are disciplined. It's a lot of yelling and arm grabbing and after working here am pulling my 2 year old out. I’m also being made to pay the daycare for two weeks pay because I removed my child with no notice."

They have worked through different stages with her, they communicate with me on how she’s doing and things she enjoys there, and she gets so excited to go see her friends!"

They have also been a saving grace with the different transitional stages. My kids loving going to "school" here and love the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great childcare provider."

"I could not believe my eyes when I went to little champs the first time. It is so geared for children of all ages. It is beautiful and decorated so amazing for the kids. And it's so clean every corner I was so impressed. And it so organized. Every body was so nice an good with the children. The kids seemed so happy. You parents are so lucky to have a center like this to take your kids to. Congratulations to the owner and your employees WOW keep up the great work. We love the security that the daycare has in place, the staff is always engaging and friendly and communication excellent. They're very accommodating to my changing schedule and we greatly appreciate that. They've showered our daughter (s) with kindness and have taught them so many positive things- we love Little Champs!!"
