"Horrible food, basically no communication between customer and workers. Double toasted bagel with cream cheese wasn’t even toasted at all and wasn’t cut. Sausage and cheese McMuffin also not toasted and will not be eating the sausage it looks raw. Not even the first time it’s been this terrible just the first time I was annoyed enough to leave a review"
"Bad service, I say let me get large coffee With half sugar they give me half cream! Also one day they gave me short change and I went back they said they can’t do anything about it it was 20 dollars change they need to. Change the manger there for sure"
"Bagels are always burnt. Worker eating where food is made. I seen gnats in the bakery section. The service is subpar, no friendly greetings whatsoever. The restrooms are always disgusting. When I ask for them to be cleaned they say it’s not their responsibility, tell Wendy’s. How is it not your responsibility and it’s your building?"
"Great place to grab coffee early in the morning. The place is clean, the beverages, meals, and staff are great. This location is also adjacent to a Wendy's but it doesn't open at the same time as Tim Hortons."
