"Used online ordering, and got a paid confirmation. Got to the store and was told that they didn't get the order. Was further told there was nothing that could do about it and "you'll have to call subway." I go to my car, and then see the "sandwich artist" proceed to make personal phone calls. Avoid this place at all costs, go to Tubbys down the road. Cheaper and fresher."

"Went there tonight for dinner. Up until now, for the last 6 years, this location has really gone down hill. I was really hoping for a good visit when I ordered on the app since it has been a couple months since ordering here. The food was always ok but nothing exciting about it. Well, today was different. The 2 girls that were working around 5:00-5:30, were amazing. Smiling, kind and great to have a conversation with. The one gal let me know it's new management and I could tell by how clean the shop was, the freshness of the bread and how full the cookie container was! Very happy to see this location coming back around to being a good location to go to. Thank you for reviving this location!"
"I hate sharing negative reviews, but I feel like I need to. I ordered 1 sub online from this subway. It was an indoor pickup and the time said 15 min. I got here 20 min later to just run in and pick up the sub. I can't walk too well so I had my daughter go in to get it since the workers were standing around leaning over the wood to stare blindly at the street. My daughter walked up and it wasn't on the shelf so I told her to go in. They saw us pull up and had just started making it. It's a sandwich guys... just make them when the orders come in"
