Domino's Pizza

"My order was late, the tracker showed my order was delivered, but didn't receive my order. I called the store, the first time my call went to a voicemail, that I couldn't even leave a message, because it was full. The second call, I was told, they didn't know what happened, but my food never left the store, so my order would be made fresh, and sent back out, but it would be another 20 minutes. Well, within a few minutes, my order was delivered, but it was the order that had been sitting at the store, and my food was cold. I had to end up reheating my food. tried calling 2 different numbers for that store, that was on the receipt, but got no answer. I guess this store doesn't really value their customers, this is what this experience showed me. ***UPDATE*** I spoke with a different manager today, and he was very nice, and remade our order, and sent it out. I really appreciated him resolving this issue"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Between management and drivers I don't think there's a single brain cell Between the entire staff. You make pizza your job is not that hard. A trained animal could do a better job. Completely incompetent mouth breathers work hear. Better off getting a frozen pizza from Meijer."

"I paid for extra pepperoni & even called the dominos store to make sure they were put on because normally they aren't, instead of listening to me the manager Nathan started getting defensive right away trying to tell me how many pepperonis go on a pizza & how much sauce/ cheese. I don't need to know those things as a customer. They have made me a pizza with pepperoni all over the pizza before with no problem and that is what I expected, the pizzas I received were just like a normal pepperoni pizza. I should not have to pay extra if that is how it is going to come. The manager had an attitude about remaking my order, and he was very unpleasant to speak with. I would never order from this Domino's again, he was so concerned about how much they put on the pizza, but what I was trying to explain is if that is the case why did I have so much sauce and cheese on this pizza if they have a formula that they stick to but not enough pepperoni? & why am I paying extra for pepperoni then? Then when Nathan remade the 2 of the 3 pizzas that were wrong & sent them out for delivery, the delivery driver, who came said she could not give them to me unless I gave her the other two pizzas we had, which was never mentioned to me on the phone, I did not care about giving them back because it’s not extra pizza I was looking for but it’s just the fact that I have Covid and why would you ask for the pizza back and not tell me that over the phone? Very unprofessional I would never order from here ever again. I posted pictures just to show the pizza that I received the first time which was supposed to be extra pepperoni and then the one they made correctly. The picture is the pizza we kept that was decent enough so that doesn’t even truly show how little pepperoni they actually put."

"I’m going to first start by saying that my boyfriend nor I like dominos pizza but however they appeal to us with the Philly cheese steak sub and the spinach and feta bread. We only order from here and they are usually pretty good! However, tonight the philly was such a disappointment. There was literally like no steak on it at all!!! My boyfriend had to add to the sub and make it to where he wanted to maybe even eat it.. I will say whoever was at the counter when I came to pickup order was great and was super friendly. However I will not be ordering from this location anymore."

"Ok, well the quality of pizza is good and decently fast service but one super major issue with this location, I ordered a medium pizza and a dip, when the delivery driver got here I handed him a 20 expecting my change but he walk off, so I stay calm thinking he might need to get some change from his car, but he just drove off. It was only 3 to 4 dollars so all and all not a big deal, but if you buy something normally you want your change back. Plan on ordering again, maybe next time I'll give a better rating."
