"The food is always great. The service has been great the past three years. But this year, not so much. Quite lazy counter people to be exact. I wanted a tray to take my food back to the lane, "That one is dirty " "Ok, I'll take a different one" "I don't have any more." "Ok, I'll wait for one." "That will be 5 or 10 minutes." REALLY??? Is she for real? WOW. Pure laziness. Thank God the food is good!!"
