"I got the wonton soup to start. I hate mushrooms and there were some in the soup but the soup was so delicious I ate EVERYTHING. Next we got the calamari app and it is the best calamari I've had somewhere. For my main dish I got sesame chicken with white rice and it was so filling I brought it home. My coworker got the beef fried rice and she loved it but she too brought alot home so I def give changs 5/5"
"Hit and miss. The crispy shrimp was great. The Kung Pao was okay, which did not have enough sauce. Almost dry. Chinese dplings were good, and the hot sour soup was food. But for the price, it should have been much better. At some popular Chinese restaurants, I can get much better items for a lesser price. The server would disappear for long times. Didn't check in with us after we received our food. Server was nice enough, but not attentive enough. Atmosphere was nice. Host was nice."
"Please see photos. Food was SO SO dry! The soil in my yard has more moisture! barely any sauce on any of the 4 entrees. Barely any meat on any of the entrees. I also didn’t receive the extra sauce I ordered on the side. The garlic green beans were mushy and not a single crunch to them. WAY over cooked. the California rolls were unedible- fell apart-tasted terrible. Whomever packed the bag put them on the bottom of the other “warm” containers. The chicken for the lettuce wraps looks like it went through a dehydrator. But at least that came with sauce. This was the absolute worst food I’ve had in a long time! When I called they were anything but responsive or professional! We took a break from dining in or ordering out due to the decline of customer service and pride in the meals prepared! It is apparent we should have stuck with that decision. PF Changs is nowhere near what they once were. Spending my money elsewhere, a place that takes pride in their restaurant and the quality of the food! I encourage you to save yourself the hassle & money & do the same."
"Kevin was amazing!! Service was friendly and fast. Genuinely felt like we made a friend tonight. Even went out of his way to recommend a new dish when I wasn’t in love with my first pick. His recommendation was 10/10! Thank you Kevin!!"
