Happy's Pizza

"I ordered a pizza at 4:31. I picked it up at 5:08. It was not under the warmer it was in the back on a shelf When he handed it to me the box was cold and I said is it hot and he said yes. I went to the car I opened it up and the pizza was cold. So I walked back in and said the pizza is actually not hot and he said I didn't make your pizza. And I said well it's cold. And he said I can put it back in the oven. This place has the worst Pizza. I just paid $13 for a cold medium pepperoni pizza. The three other times I've been to this place the pizza's been subpar at best. I keep wanting to give them another shot but this is it. If you want good pizza go somewhere else. At least this one looks good the last one I had had half of the cheese on the top of the box."

"Thank you for being so rude and unaccommadating when I called. My food is nasty and loaded in boom boom sauce that wasn't in the description on the Doordash app. It's not MY fault that the description is wrong and the lady was VERY rude over the sauce that I don't want on my sandwich. She didn't offer to replace it or anything and told me "It's not my problem." So, my food was thrown away and this girl was rude on the phone. I won't be back... There's plenty of other pizza places in the area that have better customer service skills..."

"Tonight we ordered their 24.99 special they advertise, only to be overcharged for the meal. Instead of trying to figure out how this happened, the two workers - children of the owner I assumed - told me they didn’t in fact overcharge us and that “they were just pressing buttons on the screen” so it had to be the right price. On top of this, whoever answered the phone when we ordered told us their 2lb wings were cheaper than their menu price, and in the same conversation as before, told us they were ALWAYS that price and that the workers DIDN’T say their wings were cheaper (16.99 vs 25.99). This was a separate over-charge that I’m willing to take if it was misspoken, but i’m fairly confident in our memory and was more taken back by the gaslighting done by the two workers tonight. And after arguing with the owners children, they talked to themselves to “pass this off to Dad” to handle us. Horrible customer service, my family and I will never be ordering from this store and I hope this review saves someone their money too."

"Absolutely not. I just ordered wings from here less than an hour ago. Let these people know that my wings were disgusting and overly fried. And received an attitude after I let the so-called manager know. I'll be letting the owner know that this is not how you do business. I would not recommend it at all. Updated.. not only was my food nasty, but you overcharged my debit card and kept taking money. I will be suing this location."

"It’s Christmas & I don’t want to be a Grinch but some people don’t have families to eat with. Found that this was one of the only places open today & I ordered. They told me 25-30 minutes for a medium pizza. Whatever, I do understand, as I work in the food industry. I had walked in to grab the pizza 20 minutes after I called (just to see incase it was ready) & it was! But it was cold like it was just sitting on a counter without any heat. No bag either, which would’ve made the pizza retain more heat. If I did wait 10 more minutes, it would’ve definitely been brought back inside because it tasted like a lunchable already…… I can’t imagine it being any worse. Cold, parmesan doesn’t even stick to the crust, dry as hell, the crust was more than half of the pizza, about 10 olive slices for like $3 extra…. But I know I will not be coming back. It was just convenient. I also ate it in the parking lot, cold, because I knew it wouldn’t be better warmed up at home."
