"I had the misfortune of ordering a pizza with white sauce. While under the impression their white sauce was a cream sauce... According to the evening manager, Madison, the white sauce is just galic butter and also flavor free. Not that it mattered, considering there was no sauce or butter on the pizza. The delivery man was friendly, quick, and polite."
"On Friday, November 3 my fiancé and I placed an online order to Marcos. It was close to their closing time when we arrived they had said they had no order for us. They checked, and it was placed somehow at a location in Ohio, instead of turning us away and having us find something to eat at that late of time, they made our two pizzas for us. We just want to thank the staff for their kindness and friendliness and they’re absolutely amazing pizza. Keep up the good work."
"Update- They gave me my money back after I posted this without calling me or telling me. Just reversed the charge. Ironic because if I didn’t, it probably wouldn’t have happened. I understand food can come out undercooked, but don’t tell me I can’t get a refund and only do it when I post it on Google. —————————————————————— Food was completely raw. I wanted my money back because *obviously* getting another delivery after getting raw food is non-negotiable for most people. The call was not handled politely and not a single apology was received. This made me feel like a s*** person for even calling and telling them that the food was raw. Nothing like biting into raw dough and then they tell you the best they can do is a credit or discount. Discount on what though, my undercooked food?"
"First time ordering, not the last! Last year I had to make some dietary changes and at the time I lamented that there wasn't a pizza that had no crust. Yet there is. These pizza bowls were very, very good. We got different kinds and enjoyed them all, and I even had a few of the cinnamon bites and they were excellent! Getting take out as we do now, the ordering process was easy, the pickup process was very well laid out, and the food was just getting ready when we arrived, so it was fresh and hot. I appreciate that the icing was separate from the bites so we could dress it ourselves. Just a great pick up and dine experience and I look forward to trying them again."
