"I ordered the cod fish sandwich meal and a turtle sundae. The sandwich was poorly made, sloppy. I was directed to park off to the side only to receive a partial order because my sundae was missing. When I did receive the sundae it had started to melt. The lead me to believe the sundae had been sitting while my sandwich was being prepared. Common sense would have been to prepare the ice cream last or store it in the freezer."

"Ordered a butter burger to go. Discovered it was cold after I left. Management required the burger to be returned to them before a replacement or compensation be issued. It’s not enough that I was inconvenienced by not getting what I ordered, but I need to waste more gas and time just to give them a burger that they’re going to throw away anyway before they can issue proper compensation. What world does that make sense? This location lost a loyal customer."

"Restaurants that are clean and the staff are nice kind of get no recognition. People expect that. I expect that. It's only when they are dirty or un-kept that they are noticed. I admit I don't go here that often just because of location to my home, but every time I have gone here, everything has been really good. Upon recommendation of my daughter, I tried the strawberry shake with extra strawberry. It was the BEST shake I've ever had!! Hands down. Highly recommend it!!"

"Excellent place to eat with everything being really fresh as they make it when you order it. The cheese curds are delicious. The fish sandwich was good but like most places it needs to be fried a little longer to keep it crisp and so it doesn't go soggy so quickly. The onion rings here are fantastic."
