"To sum it up, the rude service and mediocre food makes Canton Express a scratch for me. The food, while mediocre at best, is your typical run of the mill Chinese takeout. The Orange chicken was alright, and the szechuan vegetables actually had a bitter taste. The fried rice and white rice where good. However, the food was not the main problem. The service was unacceptable. We were told our food would be 25 minutes. When I showed up (around 15 minutes after the call because we were a bit early), the first thing the lady said was, "What was your order? We told you 25 minutes! We had you scheduled at 7:30, it's 7:20! You're early, wait! We told you 25 minutes!" We expected to have a wait, but to be greeted by someone actually yelling at us, is something that makes me want to never go back. There was only one other customer who was there in our 10 minutes of sitting, and he started out by saying "I know I'm early." So this clearly is a reoccurring problem. While being nicer after the initial greeting, it was not the way customers should be talked to. While going here for years, this is my last time ordering from Canton Express."
