"I ordered food, had to wait over 15 minutes. When I received it, it was cold. I have NEVER brought food back, but the burger tasted so bad/stale and so cold it wasn't worth eating it. And I had a family of hungry kids waiting, that's just how bad the food was. I called and said, "I'm sorry, but the burgers are very cold." The manager said she would refund me. I turn around, get refunded. When I ask if I can place a new order, another lady rudely refused, saying "we're not making another order just to get refunded again." I said, "I can't help if the food was cold and stale, I have never brought food back before. I waited a long time and received cold food. There is no way I will ask for a refund again unless the food is stone cold." She said, "well, I helped make the food, it was fresh off the grill. Try another McDonald's, but we won't serve you here." I would not have wasted my time turning around if the food was even half way decent. I'm a non picky foodie. The only fresh thing was the pickles. The burgers were cold and nasty, there was no way at all these were freshly made. We are locals and I will NEVER return here. We have many many families who go here, but I wouldn't count on that anymore. Mistakes happen, but when you treat customers this way, Even a corporation like McDonald's will eventually suffer and jobs lost. So get it together!"
"If you guys didn't want to make the food you could've just said you were closed. First meal of my day before a night shift, something said don't go, they might be closing soon. But I went. Completely disappointed. Old crusty food and enough salt on my fries to use for tomorrow's lunch and dinner. I threw it away. I'd rather be hungry another 12 hours."
"McDonald’s A decent McDonald’s. Good workers. Service is pretty fast even during lunch time. Drive thru is mostly fast. They mostly get my order correct. They do need some work on making the sandwiches nicer. Highly recommended"
"Went through drive thru got home and unwrapped the nastiest double cheeseburger ever!! They pit so mich mustard and ketchup it was seeping out the bun! McDonald's you charge to much to be messing up food!"
