"On Christmas Eve I placed an order for a large thin crust pizza with ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and black olives on it, and a small Greek salad, The woman who delivered it was so kind and friendly. When I opened the pizza I was extremely satisfied with the amount of toppings the pizza was full of toppings and flavor and it was perfectly cooked. It was absolutely delicious!! Today I ordered the exact same pizza and it had hardly any toppings on it, i was so dissatisfied, and disappointed with the quality of food, however the delivery person was very kind and polite, the food was sadly not worth the money. The amount of toppings was less than half of the first time I ordered."

"Ive stayed in this area for two years. I’ve been a loyal customer always ordering the same thing. Never had an issue with this jet until today. My mother call to place my usual order the first person who answered the phone says they don’t sell it. I ended up calling right after her they tell me 11.65 and it’ll be ready in 25 minutes. She goes up there they say no order found. After she goes home I go up there not seeking to order but to see what’s going on and they say I never called so I pull up my call log because one thing I am not is a liar. He goes to get his manager no solution just the order wasn’t placed but that’s okay because I will not spend money where I am not valued. I work hard and my money will be greatly valued else where. And for staff to be as unprofessional and inconsiderate as this is crazy. You don’t know if a person drove a long way to stop there or if this was the only place that they could afford or what they have going on and you just treat them like a piece of disposable trash. You won’t get far in life treating people like that. And best believe I will be calling cooperate because this is unacceptable. And you had the nerve at the end of the call to say god bless. That’s not a godly act and I know when I went in the store the guy who came up to the counter was the same guy I spoke with over the phone."
