"The chicken was not fresh and too salty and too greasy for me. So I threw it away. I ordered the 10 piece leg and thigh menu. I tried to eat it but I couldn't so I threw it away (about 8 pieces). The main thing was that it was not fresh to me."
"Dining room extremely dirty. Cob webs in ceiling. Chairs looked like they were pulled from a dumpster. Could only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Chicken was salty, almost inedible. Service was poor. Women behind counter came out from kitchen on speaker phone with someone to take our order. Too busy talking to let us know our food was ready, just sat it on the counter. Restroom was disgusting. Mac and cheese felt like it was cooked last week and microwaved, nothing was fresh. For the same price, just go to Jaun Miguel’s behind captain jays."
"It took over 1 hour for a 15 piece wing, 10 piece shrimp, 2 piece cat fish, large fry with a large coleslaw. Horrible, unprofessional customer service. No complimentary anything offered. I didn’t even receive an apology for waiting. To top it off I was told 15-20 minutes for my order to be completed. Also they forgot my coleslaw and I didn’t realize it till I got home. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE TO SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT. Don’t even waste your time spending your hard earned money here. My order cost $52.87 and I was told I couldn’t get a refund and cancel the order when apparently they haven’t even started the order yet! This restaurant STAFF is the epitome of SAVAGE."
"Extremely understaffed so I do not blame the counterperson. the restaurant was filthy. I would never go back here. The food was overcooked and undercooked. We got macaroni and cheese and when we got home it was ice cold. We called and they said, "oh, you like your macaroni and cheese cooked?" I literally thought everybody likes their macaroni and cheese cooked. This place is a joke."
"Terrible!! Fish is NEVER cooked to eat, the breading is always SOGY! Barely no lemon pepper on the wings or fish at all! I’ll never eating here again! Yall Just went downhill."
