"Sunday morning, lunch service. All tables had debris. Fountain soda in dining room was low on syrup. No table flags available from kiosks. Fries cold and saltless. Lobby hasn't been cleaned or stocked in a while based on layer of dust on empty napkin dispensers. Foul. Plenty of parking cause no one's coming here."
"Every time I come here in the afternoon or night (not often because I prefer to go out my way to the mt Clemens McDonald’s than this one) , the service is always poor & the food is either wrong or gross or they’re only accepting mobile orders or doordash. However, I find the morning shift does a much better job."
"Here's the thing about this McDonald's, I eat here from time to time in the day, and the food is fine. My issue is I work midnight's and posted on the window Is hours that contradict the hours that they are open. I have gotten food from here at night a few times, but the employees play the do I feel like working games at this location. The hours are never, and I do mean never the same. Just fix your posted times in the building and online so I know that I'm not wasting the few minutes of my lunch to drive somewhere that makes you have to guess if they are open with three to four cars parked in the employee area at a time that falls in their posted drive thur times is all."
"I use to love going to this McDonald's. Now it seems it's going downhill. It has its good days and bad days, but lately, it's been all bad food is cold and don't taste good at all. I went one day and ordered food, and my son likes his chicken nuggets. Well done, and 1 of the Workers made a smart comment, which I held my tongue because they still haven't finished giving me my food. Ever since the one person left that McDonald's has gone down a lot. Some of the workers are very nice and some are just young and some smart a$$"
"Ordered a sausage biscuit, they parked me for 30 minuets. 3 other people in same situation. One man left raging after going in to confront them. Survey stated I could redeem offer on receipt, receipt was torn just above offer. Lol Good game I guess."
