"This Jets has fantastic service. They call me almost every time to confirm my online orders and their customer service is always fantastic, they’ve been so accommodating and you don’t get that from a lot of pizza places. I don’t know why their score is as low as it is, but it’s undeserved in my opinion. I have a Jets closer to me and I prefer this one much more. Keep up the good work guys!!!"
"I give this jets a one star just ordered and the black lady that picked up the phone sound like my lunch lady when I was in school middle school at that. No customer service and she was not willing to wait and see what I want to order like I was getting on here nervous.. I was not being rude or nothing and the lady Hung up on me not saying anything like thanks, thank you have a good night.. just hung up it's the Eastside ain't it."
