"Ordered rib tips, Oreo pie, baked Mac n cheese, and a pop Pop's were warm, I think they sent ham hock n neck bones instead of rib tips. Mac n cheese was ok, Oreo pie was good. I couldn't even tear that meat apart with my hands let alone my teeth. After a call they sent a replacement. It was no better. They were however very friendly. I'd like to mention that I've had many great experiences with the Melvindale location. The food is always delicious over there"
"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’m treated like trash every time I call in. I was told 15 minutes this time and I’m currently sitting in my car watching two young children actively play in the parking lot, coming FROM the kitchen area. What is this insanity? Friday, January 12th at 6 pm. Check your surveillance feeds. It’s been over a half hour since I ordered. The young lady who helped me the counter was very sweet and apologetic. Last time my food was delivered I had to wait ON HOLD with the delivery driver for 20 minutes just to pay for it. Where is the owner and how is this allowed? I will not be back."
"Nice throwbacks playing in the inside and the people are really cool. Love how they always help me with the decision making. Don’t work too far from here and all of my coworkers love the jumbo chicken wings. Just found out that they have beef pepperoni and I got it in a calzone. Food was ready in about 10 minutes and they don’t mind you waiting in the inside if you want to."
"Great staff and the food was good. It was a little over cooked. We had a six year old with us and the music was very inappropriate."
