"Under new ownership. Thought the pizza would be better. It’s actually worse. Just picked up hot and ready at 11:30. You would think this early it would be pretty fresh. Nope it’s like cardboard and so is the crazy bread. Won’t be returning."

"Pretty bummed out by this experience. What we ordered and what we got was not the same. The crazy bread was ice cold the pizza was half cooked. Some weird half hot and ready half pretzel pizza type of thing going on. The zesty ICB was missing the zesty sauce. Our order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 we ended up not getting it until 6:50. Will be the last time we go to this location."

"The manager had a horrible attitude with everyone. Waited 30 minutes for a classic and crazy bread, while 3 other individuals were able to walk in after me, order, and leave before me. Asked multiple time when my food was going to be ready and they kept saying they forgot, it'll be about 5 minutes. Tye manager also wad yelling at a customer for wanting his bread well done and accused him of harassing her. I would avoid this location. I will never go back."

"This location is not it. The cut on the pizza was trash. Bread was served in a brown paper bag and looked disgusting. The sauce cup was half empty and looked used. Will not visit this location ever again."

"Hello everyone my name is Jina. Please don't order from this store. The pizza that I had ordered was to moist, greasy, nasty and doughy. The cheese was not fully cooked nor the pizza. Top that off there was a roach in my pizza. I talked to Emma who claims to be the manager and Ella R. the worker who happens to be my cashier they told me to bring the pizza back up to the store for them to look at it to order for them to remake my pizza. I went up there with my client whom I am a caregiver to he stated that it made him sick. I asked for them to give me a hot and ready pizza or remake my pizza over and have it fully cooked and brown they told me no! I couldn't even get my money back and when I called customer service they were close. Ella stated to me that the pizza would have been ready in 10 to 15 minutes and the manager gave my client the undone pizza in 3 minutes. As I got home my client took a bite out of his second pizza and noticed a roach! Unbelievable! As customer service if our pizza is something wrong with it , it is the manager job or worker job to remake a better one for the customer especially when I paid $22.51 for my client to eat for lunch. Not urge and go back and forth with me! And with it being a roach in my pizza and them being rude about is bad customer service! Terrible! 0 stars from me! Period!!!!"
