"The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I walked in on the Manager on her personal phone saying she “would kill everyone”!! I asked the young man for a FRESH pizza expressed I didn’t mind waiting. Got my pizza and it was OLD! Told the young man that I wanted my pizza FRESH and asked for it to be made I’d wait! She jumps in “THEY ARE FRESH”!! I told her not to my expectations and I would like just like refund. She then goes to back cursing being disrespectful. This place NEEDS a Regional Manager to visit this location customer service is HORRIBLE! We in the University of Detroit Mercy area deserve better staff, service and food!"
"I ordered crazy bread and 3 cups of pizza sauce. And the pizza sauce was watered down! That's right, you heard me correctly. These jokers added water to the pizza sauce so that they could sale more and give you less! I Vaught one of the workers being dropped off for work and walking into the restaurant and I asked them why was the pizza sauce so thin and watery. And sure enough she said believe it or not they add water to the pizza sauce so that it makes more for sales out of the same amount. I'm never going back to this joke of a place again in my life. If there's a place that's mote ghetto than there it must be in a 3rd world country."
"This place is terrible it's always a wait and tonight I ordered a pizza it was cold and hard and when I sent it back I had to wait 20 more minutes only for then to give me the same pizza. Never again and the cashier had a horrible attitude"
"This is probably the worst Little Caesars in Detroit. I've been here 3 times and there has been something wrong with my order every single time. The customer service is subpar. I'd rather eat sleep for dinner. The franchisee needs to come and take a look at the restaurant. I wouldn't want my name attached to location if I were them."
