The manager, who seemed to lack professionalism, not only withheld a refund but also treated her with disrespect. After patiently waiting for an hour for a Hot N Ready and a Crazy combo, it became evident that chaos ensued in the kitchen, leaving her without her order. When she requested a refund, the manager raised their voice and accused her of not knowing her order. It's concerning to see someone in a managerial position lacking basic customer service skills. I hope the higher-ups address this incident, as it was quite distressing to witness such a disappointing encounter for the customer."

"So I ordered 2 Hot N Readys online, tracked my order, drove to pick it up…. walked in just for them to say “your order expired.” The app showed it was ready. Showed ready at 5pm, arrived at Little Caesars 5:15pm. When I walked in there were NO Hot N Readys were in the oven. I want my money back. Poor customer service at its best! There were FOUR employees present. NO EXCUSES!"

"Well every time I come here there is something wrong...the drive through screen and speaker doesn't work. That's an inconvenience for me because I have a handicap child in a wheelchair so I rely on drive thru. Second I called ahead to place my order and went to pickup my child which took over 40 min . Went to pick our food it still wasn't ready. And still had to wait almost another 40 min. I would really appreciate quality service in our community."

"This Lil Ceasars is by far THEEE WORST! Super unprofessional and long wait times. Next time I'm getting names & calling corporate. This location needs to do better or either close. I've been waiting on a refund from corporate for 2 weeks!"
