"Placed & and paid for an online order, I arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday, 2/10/24. There was a young lady outside sweeping the parking lot. Once I pulled in, she locked the door and stated they were closed. I advised that I had an online order, and she very rudely stated they were closed and to get a refund. Meanwhile, it looked like my order was on the counter. Unfortunately, customer service is closed, and I have to wait to speak with someone. Very rude & unprofessional, don't spend your money here. Even the parking lot was filled with tons of broken glass. She ran in so fast that she never completed sweeping."

"The restaurant was dirty and super busy. They could not scan my gift card that I purchased from Meijer. This is the second location that it did not work at... Had to call corporate still waiting on reimbursement"

"The only reason why I gave them two is because the pizza does taste good. This is the second time I ordered from them the first time was perfect except for they forgot my sauce. This time I waited over an hour and half for my food to be delivered my drop off time kept going up it. And they made my slices and stick's sloppy as hell!! All type of Grease around the box and very poorly sloppily made I still ate it though. And they won't answer the phone. I called doordash customer service they made it better by giving me 25% back from my total order."

"They told me it was sitting for 2hrs before I got there 30mins after I received my email saying it was ready. And after giving me the run around for another 1 hr or so, they remade my food. They never apologized for the horrible experience. I was a general manager. Customers can be off the wall sometimes. But when the customer catches you in a lie, somewhere along the line you should own up to it and fix."
