"I love the team here! The staff are always so friendly and the food is really good! The food is made to order so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, but overall I think it’s worth it. My favorite thing to order is a Panda Bowl with white rice and broccoli beef, 10/10 definitely recommend."

"I order a bowl of orange chicken as I did not want too much, everything’s all fine until I sit down and open my bowl….. it looks as if I was given a half scoop of fried rice, and orange chicken. The chicken wasn’t even touching the lid. I brought it to the managers attention, she stated that’s a normal portion, and politely argued with me about it(rolling her eyes), as if I’ve never gotta a bowl from a Panda Express before. I asked if I could just somehow pay the difference for a plate if that was the case, I was told no, and I was charged 5 dollars more for extra orange chicken, rather than them making things right."

"We ordered three meals of chow mien that was all cabbage no noodles. It was a mobile order, we took back two of three meals and the manager would not replace the third because we didn’t bring it back even though it was on the receipt. Ashley the manager, was argumentative. She told us not to come back. She complained about being short staffed. A manager should be able to handle complaints and even if they are short staffed a good manager would only take minutes to resolve the issue instead of arguing with the customer. Then Ashley involved everyone else in the restaurant to get sympathy and tried to make it look like it was my fault. I upset her. If she would have just replaced the orders she could have avoided being upset. We will never go back."
