"Ordered a stuffed crust but was made wrong. Called the store and talked to a restaurant rep. I was told that there will be $10 off in my account for my future order. Come to find out it was a lie and was never put. Always check your food before leaving the restaurant."

"Brought home a clearly burnt pizza. Can't believe they let a customer leave with a pizza that inedible. I even left a good tip when I placed my order. Of course I did not look at the pizza before the 15 min drive home. Definitely was not driving back to get new ones and would never order from here again."

"We ordered the new large ultimate cheesy crust pizza. It is burnt, paper thin, tastes absolutely awful, the toppings are burnt and not what we ordered and it’s not even the size it’s supposed to be. The first time we ordered this was good. It was TERRIBLE the second time. My kids won’t even eat it. We ended up ordering pizza from another place after we brought this one home. Wow lol"
