"We've had great customer service at this location every time! The burgers are hot and fresh! Restaurant appeared clean and nice! It's always a good snack! Yum Yum Yum"
"There were two large water and ice spills in the dining room on the floor. When myself and two others almost fell, I asked the girl at the cash register to have someone clean them up. She waited and then proceeded to put a sign over them. When what looked like a manager let herself in the kitchen door, she created all the workers, and yet still no one cleaned up the spill. We took our time eating. The food was so bad that I could not stomach it. My husband, who normally likes White Castle, stated the food was not up to par. I chose a slider with lettuce and tomato. The lettuce was bad beyond wilted and tasted horrible to the point of just pushing away from me and throwing it away. When we finally left, both large spills remained on the floor. We will not go back. The meat itself had a bad taste."
"It's white castle, you know what to expect for these yummy pillows of burger. BUT what sets this location apart and worth driving to over Taylor, Lincoln park locations are the friendly workers, food was packaged correctly and not slopped falling half out, from what I saw the store is much better maintained than it's sister locations. Worth the drive if you are into these little burgers."
"Yes i am the customer who has the difficult order every time and i would like to say, This particular white castle has fantastic service, for YEARS they have never screwed up my order. I'd like to recognize, (I believe his name is Eric) the young man behind the counter, for excellent customer care and give the whole establishment a a++, thank you! "Ordered the chicken waffles, no labeling or warning telling you it's layered and coated with bacon bits. I eat chicken on occasion but do not eat pork, which of course includes bacon. When I order chicken I don't expect to also get bacon with it. To me that part should be clearly labeled. On a positive note the facility was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly."
