"I've had to complain multiple times about receiving burgers that aren't cooked as well-done as I ask for. Their response is always just an apology. Even when I make a point to remind them not to overcook my fries and to cook my food thoroughly when I place an order, I still end up with overcooked fries and undercooked burgers. when I call to complain their respond would be " I'm sorry"!!! each time my total would be over $40 dollars. The last time I ordered was 2 or 3 weeks ago, and it was the same issue all over again. I even mentioned that I was thinking of returning the food. However, they told me the kitchen was about to close, so they couldn't take it back. They said someone would call me the next day, but I haven't heard anything back from them. Leaving negative reviews isn't something I like doing, but when the same problem keeps happening, I feel like I have no choice. I used to really enjoy their food, but now I'm not sure if I'll give them another try. It's frustrating to keep spending money on food that's not up to par and just ending up throwing it away. I wish I could share more of the pictures I've taken of the disappointing meals I've gotten. It's just sad that they can't seem to get this right, especially considering I used to be a loyal customer. I really hope they can fix this issue because I used to have great experiences with them, and I'd love for that to be the case again."

"Me & my husband ate here for the first time. I was in the mood for a burger so we came here & I was scared to try at first because no one was here when we arrive! But I’m glad we ordered anyway it was very delicious! My husband enjoyed his chicken Caesar wrap & My burger tasted even better once I got home."
