"I love Tim Hortons coffee, but this site charges $5 for an everything bagel with just sausage and cheese (no egg) when every other Tim Hortons in the state of Michigan charges ~$3. When I asked about the cost being so much more they quickly said, “this is the price”. When I then asked, “even without the egg” the drive through attended said it is the same price with or without the egg. Upon going inside and trying to talk with someone else I was told again “This is the price” while the cashier walked away in disbelief that I could even question it. I won’t be returning here again. There are other sites that I do not have this problem with price or service. I highly doubt the price of this sandwich is all of a sudden 2x as much regardless of egg on it. I would encourage people to visit another Tim Hortons just 2 miles down the road to save yourself the aggravation."

"The attitude of the employees that work here is astonishing every single time some issue. Sorry you couldn't stare at your phone for one minute while you deal with customers.. Ohh 3 time the I used cappuccino machine is down.. What are you mcdonald's now lol! Never again here."

"I went this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I sat at the drive thru window and waited for someone to acknowledge me for several minutes before ordering. Once I got to the window, the woman never spoke a word to me - turns out, she never cooked my breakfast sandwich either. The new ownership seems to care less and their service is much worse. I would love to post a photo of my raw bacon and cold cheese."

"I asked for a cappuccino, nothing else, as simple as it gets, they kept telling me that they don't have those, I explained what I wanted every way I could and she could only tell me they have french vanilla ones but they don't come out regular, I just say I'll take that one, she proceeded to make me buy a French vanilla (the milk drink with no coffee in it) instead of a French vanilla CAPPUCCINO, which is the only thing I ordered or ever asked for. How can you be a cashier at a coffee shop and not understand a basic coffee on that is on the menu I'm looking at"
