"There hours are wrong on google. I went here around 12:30 am last night and ordered 2 plain double cheese burgers. They were not plain and I opened one burger to a bite taken out of it. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!"

"Wow what a horrible experience tonight. My husband put in a mobile order and when we got to the window they gave us the box meal and our drink and let us know to pull ahead for the rest of our food. No problem. Except they put the wrong item in the box so when we got the rest of our food we were missing the big mac that was suppose to be in the box. We let the girl know to which this started a back and forth as for some reason she had to take the box back? When all we needed was the big mac that was missing. We explained this to her but she did not listen at all. She asked for a receipt the second time and she took a picture of my husbands phone with the mobile order to show to her manager. Wait again. Manager comes out to clarify what's going on and tells us that the employee told her that we were saying we were suppose to get 2 boxes. This never happened. Hearing this made us laugh. The employee did not listen and instead of taking accountability for misunderstanding tried to play it off like we didn't know what the heck we ordered. Seriously this was a mess. We come home and after waiting all that time our food is cold. This service is unacceptable. I've worked collectively 4 years in fast food including McDonalds and this experience was a joke. I know mistakes happen but the service tonight was abysmal. All we got was an insincere "sorry" and cold food. You guys mess up way too much. Your employees need some coaching."

"The cleanest McDonald's I've been around Wayne county. The staff is proffesional and food always fresh. That's not including the location, perfect for when going to work or coming back. This is still one of the old classics newly remodeled McDonald's, unlike other that have the minimal new blank look. The prices is the same as everywhere l. This McDonald's is recommended if you're in the area & looking for fast food."
