Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Literally, this place was alone. Only two more people in front of me were waiting for their order. These two people seem to be waiting for a while. The only me and another were left. It had already at this point been more than fifteen minutes waiting on my order and the other person had not received his coffee? One cup of coffee. Why? Because the two young ladies and the elder lady were busy talking to each other instead of getting the orders out. Anyways my order was given after almost 30 minutes of wait. I truly think management should talk to their employees and improve their service here. If you go be prepared to wait a while for your order."

"For years, I have come here regularly when I am in the area for work. Service and food usually are good but today I was walking up at 12:47 knowing they close at 1 and even though the blonde saw me walking up, she locked the door and turned off the Open sign. I continue to walk up and confirmed the hours on the door while she ran to the back acting like she didn’t notice me. I decide to start walking over to Subway instead while I called to confirm if they are still open and Kelsey answered and confirmed they close at 1:00 while I begin to tell her I tried to come but the door was locked. She offered to let me in and sent the blonde back to unlock the door. At this point they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to ask them to do their jobs and I felt this establishment no longer deserves my business so I walked away. Luckily, I live near the Telegraph location and will hope they don’t suck as bad at doing the bare minimum for their jobs. Posted at 1:02pm lol"

"I been going to this place for 20 years. The bagels are always warm like out of the oven. It should be warm it's only 7:15 am. But for the past few months. Bagels are not warm cold as if was made yesterday."

"Ordered a brunch for 2 and a drink an hour and a half before closing, we arrived and they had no ingredients, no call could be made to let me know to not even come. They gave me my poorly made blended caramel coffee, and refused to help me figure out the refund process and just said "go online". Told me I was an inconvenience because I was trying to ask questions while they were closing their drawer, and then said "well you ordered a brunch for 2 an hour and a half before closing on a Sunday, whatd you expect? We're busy".. There's a bagel place in Brighton that I could go to and order a tuna bagel a minute before closing and they would make it... There were bagels on the shelf, I would have taken multiple bagels and cream cheese to make up for the lack of ingredients and muffins.. poor customer service, manager was all whacked out like she was one something.. and rianna can't keep her eyes from rolling out of her head. Do better 0/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
