"I have been to taco bell at various locations numerous times. Since the Taco bell started in Northville few year ago, tried multiple times and the experience is consistent in terms of food/quality and service which is the WORST. Finally decided to write a review. i would never go back again. I can smell the oil (as if it has been used for months), which left an after taste, Tomatoes are rotten. They should do better to survive in this area."
"So I come to Taco Bell as usual since I’m from the area. I’ve had in the past in this location bad experiences. So this one being the worst I decided to write a review. I came in to Taco Bell order online way ahead of time and when I get to Taco Bell I notice they were missing my drink. When I ask kindly I felt I was walking in egg shells. The young lady who will be in the picture gave me attitude, just because I asked for my missing drink, when I kindly asked, but I guess she wasn’t having it. Then she goes along and talks to other team members without doing nothing about my drink. So I’m like in my mind “wow is this really happening for a simple drink?” Then her manager got upset at me and treat me to call cops because the young lady felt supposedly uncomfortable and said they were calling the cops. I decided to leave and have no problems. Oh and left my food because I never got my drink. Time wasted and was tested very very unlikely. I hope corporate does something about the service at this location very unprofessional."
