"I had posted this review on yelp before realized I don’t think it is actively seen. But I had come to this subway after some shopping with my friends and had been waiting for service between 10-15 minutes before we had decided to leave as the workers were too focused on their phones and had on headphones and never even acknowledge us and we were completely ignored. I would also like to note that the staff members were sitting on stools right behind the counter, so i assumed that we were deliberately ignored by some kids who wanted to get payed to do nothing. I'm really sad about it as I quite enjoy this subway after I do some shopping but with staff as inattentive as they were today I do not think I will be returning"
"Staff thought it was funny to deliberately ruin the bread they were cutting, just to make my family and I wait longer. Nobody else in line. You are better off saving your money, and going to a place that doesn't treat customers like a joke."
"I was waiting in line with another customer ahead of me, but unfortunately I wasn't able to order anything. She was on her phone having a full conversation while we waited on her to complete her conversation and complete his order. I didn't have the time to wait as I was already in a rush. You see her holding her phone in front of her in the picture."
"The food here is normally fresh. The servers provide portions that alternately generous and adequate. There is usually not much of a wait and they serve ICEE!"
