"This place gets slammed with who knows how many orders. Every time I drive by they are packed from lunch to midnight. Every time I went in I had to wait yes, but I got the food I ordered. Considering every time I've been here there's only been two or three employees trying to cook, clean, and take orders and also dealing with door dashers shoving their phones in the workers faces a demanding that their food be ready soon. Seems like they're really overwhelmed and the district manager should really limit how many orders this particular place can accept, because it looks like they're juggling hundreds of online orders at any given time after lunch."

"So, I was extra tired from a long day at work and I just wanted some wingstop. There was a wonderful young man with honey blonde and black dreads at the counter. He was very kind and attentive. He even checked about the wait time on my order. His presence with other customers was immaculate. The atmosphere was calm and they play all the good songs in the back. 10/10 would come back"

He even took a moment to apologize to me for the delay and ensured I was doing okay. What's more commendable is this has happened during numerous visits. "kinda sucks. not one to leave reviews but i literally waited an hour for my food. just opened it and they messed it up. seems like everyone in the kitchen is too focused on having a good time than trying to get orders out. I worked in a restaurant and i know it’s hard work but you can’t just ignore people standing right in front of you."

"So yesterday I placed an order on door dash from this restaurant. They literally forgot my whole order of classic wings. I call up to the restaurant and speak with the manager, she wasn’t remorseful that her store messed my order up and told me “well you need to call doordash we don’t have nothing to do with that” I said ma’am how y’all dont have nothing to do with it when YOURE the ones who forgot the wings, these companies always trying to pin stuff of door dash. Door dash just DELIVERS what you gave me they didn’t mess the order up y’all did. So I tell her I want the wings I don’t want a refund so she says basically as a courtesy that if I come right at that instant she can give me the wings. Why do I have to come right when you say come and you inconvenienced me? Then she didn’t even say well let me give you extras or a drink or fries for your inconvenience. She literally just gave me the wings. So all those fees I paid door dash were pointless because I had to leave my house regardless."
