Los Tres Amigos Plymouth

"The place was virtually empty so we were quickly seated at our table and I wondered why we weren't given chips and salsa but I assumed maybe this particular restaurant doesn't do that like other restaurants. I was wrong. When more patrons came in minutes later, I watched them be seated and waitstaff quickly return with chips, salsa, and waters. We were only given the drinks we ordered and no one came to check if we needed refills or water. When we inquired about alcoholic beverages we were told this restaurant does not sell them. 20 minutes later I watched cocktails being served to a neighboring table. We also ordered bean dip and again was never given chips...just dip. I can't help but wonder if it's a race issue when we were the only black patrons and I watched white patrons receive adequate service. Also, as a chef, I do not recommend the food. It was bland and sloppily plated."

"Worst service/experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was 15 minutes before they came to get our drink order and the waiter was trying to leave the table before we even finished. Our food came before our drinks and we had to ask for the drinks. The waiter said “oh yeah”, no apology. My margarita clearly had sat there for 30 minutes so i paid $9 for two sips of a bad drink. One of the orders came out wrong, but by this point we had waited so long my friend didn’t even want a replacement so they literally didn’t get to eat. The plates were warmer than the food. They never followed up to ask how anything was, give a refill, or give us a check. We had to eventually get up and find someone to pay so we could leave. The waiter never once apologized to us. The best service we received was from the person we found to take our money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m honestly just shocked. I’ve waitressed before and I get bad nights and being busy, but we were basically ignored. We paid for our meal and left a 20% tip, but this place did not deserve any of our money."

"Talk about quick! I wasn't even fully seated before the chips & salsa were on the table. The menu is quite broad but I zeroed in on the enchiladas, Enchiladas Conchitas specifically. There are several hot sauces to use to spice up the salsa, if you desire, one was even hot enough for a pepper head like me. They arrived quickly, looking better than any other order I've ever had with jalapeños and pickled onion atop and rice on the side. (No refritos, though. Unusual) The chips were warm and fresh, the enchiladas among the best I've ever had. The pork was well flavored & tender. The tortillas soft. Once a table emptied, they quickly cleared and thoroughly cleaned, table & seats. These folks are efficient & focused. The traditional music plays, a bit too loud but not annoying."

"We have been regulars at this restaurant for several years. It is clear that ownership changed after the renovation. Most of the staff seem to have left, and I see new staff almost every time I go in. We never get what we order, it's always incorrect. I am very sad to see how much this place has declined. It was always our favorite place to go. We tried to give it a fair chance, eating here a handful of times after the renovation.... but tonight will definitely be our last time eating here. Everything was wrong. From receiving the wrong order, to new staff having to explain my order to a newer staff member, down to the general atmosphere. It was tense in there."

"This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. The food was great and the servers were excellent. Since it reopened after renovations, we haven't gotten the correct meal a single time and usually weren't able to even flag down our server to get it fixed. While eating our partial dinners, we no longer get drink refills. I get that new servers are still learning, but this has happened several times now. We gave up and just paid for the food we didn't get and left quickly after we ate so we could go home and get something to drink. I don't think we will be back."
