"I had it today, and within hours I was puking, my brains out. I don’t wanna rip on them but this is not what I usually get from them! Please make sure you check your food and dates when they are bad because something was for sure bad this time!"
"Although I enjoy the Hook and Ladder, I will be going back to another location. One employee who was wiping down tables, went directly to handling food. Nose and mouth piercings a big turn off. Who knows what he was handling, should have changed his gloves UGH"
"Well, we won't be ordering there again. Five ordered subs, the 2 that got a sub without mayo were pleased. The other 3 who didn't omit the mayo, our meat was swimming in mayo. When I went to bite into my sub everything slid out of the sub. I have never seen or tasted so much mayo. None of us got our pickles we ordered."
"This place is disgusting. From the kid with the nasty nose piercing to the dirty bathrooms. The food had a sour taste to it and when I brought it back I could hear the kids laughing. I said kids because adults don't do that to people's food. I heard the manager say you need to stop doing that as if it's happened numerous times. Use to be a nice lunch spot. Not anymore. Stay away."
"Never been one to review but after the terrible experience with the food and the customer service I had to. Ordered online only to have the subs swimming in sauce, not toasted, and smashed. It looked like someone had pranked me. For nearly 30 bucks I would stay far!! I will never come here again. Definitely telling everyone as well. It's gross here and I should have known how dirty the place was when I came to pick it up, no gloves on the staff, and who knows what. Management wasn't any better. Rather than give a refund they kept making excuses and were extremely rude. Keep telling us it was our fault for ordering. I've never heard this in my life. Then said the only thing they could do was make the food again. I'm sorry but after this experience, it's not worth the time or effort. Now I'm out for 30 bucks and dinner but as Management did it was my fault for ordering food from them. Asked to speak to someone that could do something and was told no. Moral of the story: go to subway or anywhere else where customer service is a priority and you don't get yelled at by Management for ordering their food."
