"Got a baconator with no mayo via drive thru. Burger had mayo and 2 tiny pieces of bacon. Had to wipe the mayo off. Beef patties barely reach the edges of the bun. Beyond disappointed. Never again."
"The guy who took our order, possibly a manager, was great - he was courteous, repeated our order, to verify, and was great with his staff in preparation of our order. Order was prepared correctly, food was hot and good."
"Tried coming through the drive through late tonight and the line was moving a bit slow. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and immediately was told "You people need to be patient, I don't have any workers so we have to do one at a time. You need to hold on.". To be clear, I would have 0 problem waiting for my food, but to dump all that attitude on me the second I pull up is unacceptable. The morning staff at this location is fantastic, it's a shame the night staff aren't"
"They say they close at midnight and I ordered on the app I drove there and a rude person on the mic just about yelled at me saying they were closed due to not having staff…. I was so polite to her and her rudeness was uncalled for and if you are closed make sure customers can't order online. I understand inconveniences happen but when it's layered with complete rudeness then it's just too much. Like I said I was so sweet to her as the customer and she just needs to quit because she clearly should be working in customer service. This happened 10/01/2023 around 8:30 pm."
"I would give 0 if I have the choice. When we walked in, no one was at the front. Ten minutes late, one woman walked out from back, there was no greeting and no smile. We started to order, then she just walked away without saying anything. A few minutes late, another woman came out from back with very unhappy face. We finally got our order and the salad looked so bad—-I had to pick out those bad pieces out. We definitely will not come back to this place."
