"Fast food restaurants are not what they used to be. I went through the drive thru. The food was lukewarm, the cashier was friendly but the young lady who handed me my food was distracted by something and just shoved my order to me."

"They might have some notorious practice to selectively accept orders while busy times. While someone get pickup orders, I saw a staff told me that the store is closed while the sign officially shows the store opens 24 hours on Christmas eve."
