"If you are in a hurry... don't go here. Pulled up to the drive thru (#3 in line) and sitting there for 5 minutes and only have 1 car move. Decided to walk in. Couldn't, because the doors were locked. Returned to drive thru and waiting for 20 minutes finally got my order taken. Yes I should have left sooner. Finally left BK drive thru at 3:59 pm. Next time I promise, I'll go to Canton."
"Omg, I ordered a whopper burger and this is what I got. Nothing inside, but patty meat. Unbelievable!!! The meat is even overcooked. Why me? I don't get it?"
"How this location is still an existence is beyond me. The drive-through experience is ridiculously awful. Be prepared for a 4 to 5 minute wait, just to have a barely coherent person take your order, only to receive poorly-made cold food. That is, if they have it. Last time, after waiting a few minutes, they claimed that drive-through was going through “shift change“, and would be down for 15 minutes. Tonight, I literally waited five minutes for someone to take my order, with only one other car in the drive-through. Oh, and they were out of tomatoes, ketchup, and nuggets. This must be a franchise because a corporate store would have closed this terrible location down for lack of revenue. I can’t wait for the AI order robots to take over jobs from these idiots."
"Person at the window was nice. Sign on the speaker said "no coke, bacon, ketchup or pickles" food was cold, napkins were ripped pieces off a roll. Do better Burger King."
