"This place is typically empty but they will screw up your order and ignore you anyway. Just a disasterous experience of overcooked food and cold fries. They don't care about customers, largely concerned with talking to each other. No refill on waters. Just get me out of this he11. Overpriced. Incredibly bad experience. How do you stay open?"
"Went shopping at Twelve Oaks Mall and stumbled upon this great bistro on the second floor of Nordstroms. I ordered the French dip sandwich with fries and lemonade. It was exceptional and the service was top notch as well! Rebecca my server and Dana the manager made sure my experience was unforgettable. Can’t wait to stop by to see you guys again and try that wood fired pizza!"

"Well this was a lovely surprise! Delish food, classy service. Calm, posh atmosphere. Would definitely come back. Since it's a mall, plan for parking and a bit of a walk. Most tables were groups of 2 women, or parents with an adult child. You can see the chefs preparing the food. Would like to try some wine next time. If you want a spot to relax in the midst of a shopping adventure, or a chill space to take family or friends, this is a good choice."
