"This is my very first time coming here. I got the Southwest turkey and the broccoli and cheddar soup and for 13.00 it was poor quality. The top bread of my sandwich was so over done it was hard. I didn't even eat it and the soup had a chalky taste to it. Never again. Highly don't recommend this place"
"Really overpriced. Stick to something like Panera or get one of the Asian cuisines to the left. The food was served hot. I got a pick two: one sandwich and one mac. The sandwich was all bread, barely any filling. The Mac was covered in bread crumbs to compensate for its lack of flavor. Cashier was nice."

"This Zoups in Novi is now under new management. It has been remodeled and looks very nice. Good variety of soup and sandwiches served hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful to your needs. I do recommend."
