"GO TO COREWELL! If I could, I would give them a zero! There are large signs posted everywhere that state aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, but it’s their staff that are aggressive! We only came to this hospital bc it was emergency surgery through OAM. I was cut in line bc a woman said her father was dying. The staff didn’t stop her from waiting her turn and even watched her laugh and hug people she knew before they allowed her to cut me in line. After getting my tag and directing me to the surgery area, the rude lady at the desk acted as if I should know where to go when a patient is in recovery. Building this beautiful hospital is like putting a bandaid on a bullet hole, if they don’t fix what is wrong internally, it will always have a bad reputation of being a hospital you should never go to! If you like to be talked to disrespectfully and expected to not react to it, then you should go to Trinity!"
"NEVER. GO. HERE. Waited 2 hours for an emergency with my baby, didn't take us seriously, and one of the nurses was really sick! After 2 hours of waiting, hearing the usual "you're at the top of my list" while others got seen after we were there first (with a BABY) we left to devos, it turned into a hospital stay and medical emergency. Also, a HORRIBLE birth experience with this little! Never again!"
"Details huh? How about letting people know you’re running a couple hours behind. And don’t tell me nurses don’t have time because I got a notification in my My Chart. A nice paragraph long one before I even got to my car after walking out from my appointment. And lying on my My Chart notes as to why I left isn’t a good look for your hospital either."
"My husband was brought in by ambulance in the early morning hours. The E.R. doctor and the male nurse. Were the worst in the medical field. wonder why the got their medical license to practice. They need to go back to medical school. It sucks muskegon only has 1 hospital. And poor medical staff. I feel absolutely blessed that my husband is alive. .one of the worst Emergency room visits"
"I was here for my girlfriend's birth. Everything was perfect ☺️. The hospital is beautiful. The staff is caring, easy going and kind. With a beautiful garden, chapel and excellent cafe. Yet to find better care anywhere."
