"Brought my girlfriend here for a date night and it was SPECTACULAR! Our server was Eli and she were wonderful! She was so kind and funny- I'll definitely request her as a server in the future. It was my first time eating at Red Lobster, and I definitely recommend the lobster baked potato it was so good!!!"

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. I went with my 13 year old daughter and it was kind of special since we hadn’t been in 10 years. Ordering my meal I saw that it said the endless shrimp was $25 and you get one side free. so I ordered the clam chowder. My daughter ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and the waitress said it comes with a side as well so she picked the clam chowder. I’m looking at the bill later they charged me $6.49 for my soup and they charge my daughter eight dollars and said it doesn’t come with a side. She didn’t even like the soup so I got stuck with it. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if it indeed came with the meal like was first promised. The total bill came to $70 because we each have a soda that was almost 4 dollars apiece. The waitress was good but the sneaky pricing was just horrible. On top of that my daughter and I played a game on the iPad/ card reader that’s on the table and were charged $3 for that as well. I would honestly recommend going to McDonald’s over this place anyway. Will honestly never go back. Waitress was 8/10 Food 2/10 Overall experience 0/10 for being fleeced"

"This location has been there for years, but for whatever reason, I've never left a review here. Went in for a family dinner, and the manager, Jeffrey, was helpful in getting things arranged. I wasn't able to catch our server's name, but she was very friendly, attentive, and flexible for any dining requests that were made. The food is tasty, but then you're at a Red Lobster, so that should be expected! The cheddar biscuits continue to be legendary, and the build your own shrimp entree was delicious. For other diners who chose the Admiral's Feast or steak and vegetables, they also said the food was good."

"There was a wait time of 25 minutes on the weekend but that wasn't too bad. We ordered shrimp Alfredo, scampi, lobster tail, coconut shrimp etc and queso dip etc. All tastes really good and customer service was top notch! Recommended."

"Red Lobster’s Novi is one of our favorite restaurants food is great and reasonable prices especially when they have 3 course meal, Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. All the dishes we tried were very delicious we strongly recommend this place!!"
