"The service was unlike any fast food place I’ve ever experienced! Seriously! I never tip carry out - fast food but I wanted to tip the drive through attendant and the young man who gave us our food- So friendly! Polite! Patient! It was cold out tonight and he was hustling to get food to the cars-and SMILING!!! The CHICKEN NUGGETS were yuck- So small, salty, seemed over cooked- a couple were crunchy nuggets- Wont get those again The chicken sandwiches were made to order perfectly and served hot! I don’t understand why othe fast food ( and some sit down) can’t get this right- The waffle fries were perfect! The COKE met my high expectation of “ it better burn and be ice cold”- I rarely drink soda and usually only get a COKE from MCD but this was perfect!"

"There a saying because of one sinner all other good people pay. Sorry ChicfilA I love you but this young lady by the name of Lola forgot to say my pleasure not once or twice but even at the end of our order. My pleasure makes a difference and makes you feel welcome. Good food too, fries were very cheap to be honest , like gave me the little pieces like three complete waffle fries, and a very thin not a lot of chicken but more breading and skinny chicken strip. But in all honesty the my pleasure not being said at no time made us feel bad. And then Lola comment my little girl “you look sleepy” lol ok. Love you ChicfilA hope you talk to Lola and others about “my pleasure” thank you."

"The worlds fastest and nicest chick fil a!!! It’s too bad we had to witness someone littering. We caught it on our dash cam while we were traveling westward and posted it on TikTok. But posting the photo here in case you know them!!! This way you can show this photo to them and if you want the dash cam footage, just search it up on TikTok. They opened the driver side door and dropped it on the ground. Jahan!!!! What’s going on!!!!"

"Chick- fil-a was fantastic. It always hits differently I don't know why. The atmosphere was great and everybody was nice. There also is a drive thru. I would give this a 10 out of 10."

"I normally have no issues with this location which is why although the Livonia location is nearest, I drive further to this location instead. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for. Why is my yogurt order 1/2 empty? And one of my pimento chicken sandwiches barely had any pimento on there. Not sure if they were running out or what but even if that’s the case I’d rather receive a refund than get an incomplete order."
