"Ordered a Beef and Cheddar combo through the drive thru. Curly fries were cold and not edible! Sandwich was not cold but not warm either. Paid over $10 for this meal…. I would think the least they can do is not serve old cold curly fries. Tried calling using the phone number on the receipt and no answer. They weren’t busy, there was only one other car in the drive thru behind me."
"Typically go here, great service and Arby's is our go-to for fast food; unfortunately today was not the case. We waited at the speakerbox for about 5 minutes, nothing was said to us, no "Please give us a moment" or anything. My boyfriend was tapping on our car while we were waiting, and suddenly we got a "Can I help you buddy?" said in a rude tone. After we ordered and pulled up to the window we didn't get any apologies, and I decided I didn't want to escalate the issue; I came onto here to just express my frustration."
"Guy on the counter, can't remember his name, but he had red hair and a beard, was super nice. The quality of the food was spot on. I haven't been in a long time because food was bad then. But now I will be returning more often!"
