"Arrived at 5:13 to a basically empty restaurant, staff was non-chalant about my arrival. I waited from 5:16 until 5:27 for someone to take my order. It is now 5:40 PM and I still do not have it. Worst service I have ever had to deal with, the staff didn’t care that I was there. Never coming back and I really hope this place shuts down soon. This is out of bounds and should be noticed by upper management. Hopefully enough people leave a review. 0/10."
"The greeted me as I walked in before they knew I had an order. I was late because I went to the wrong location, but it seems like they made mine fresh as soon as I came in. I've never had Penn Station Subs before, but the cheese steak is really good. My barometer is Big John's in Flint, and they're unrivaled, but these are really good too. They're much more compact, and they have a lot of flavor. I'm not the biggest fan of the way they do their fries. I have a feeling they do it on the same surface as they do their steak, so it ends up being really oily. But they aren't too bad. I definitely want to try another sub next time, because this was a good experience. This location is also much better than Westland, so go to this location if you're deciding on which one to go to."
"Food comes out good and hot. Chicken Parm is DELICIOSO Fries are good also Get ready for a $15 lunch meal, but I keep going back. The manager is very cool, don't remember her name. They keep the store clean as well Thank you I recommend"
"Ate half of it already, I ordered the sub of the month ham and Swiss. Definitely hit the spot today. I don’t come here often but it was near by and I’m glad I did. The staff was friendly and you could tell they cared."
