"We came in from Canada today to do some shopping of course. We stopped at this Panera Bread location on Novi Rd. and was given excellent service by Susan. She went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back at this location,"
"Apparently Panera is going with everybody else and eliminating actual people as much as possible. It took me twice as long to place a simple order as it would have if I could talk to a person! I had to scroll through all of the menu options to find something that was available because a lot of stuff was sold out. If I were standing at a counter I could quickly see what they had and did not have. I ended up having a muffin instead of a breakfast or lunch because they didn't have anything. I had to ask where to find two different cups. Can't say I loved it."
"Absolutely disgusting service and racist customer service reps at this Novi location. I came in today for a breakfast particularly a breakfast sandwich I order on a regular at several different locations and they made what I put in the pictures when I asked for them to remake it they laughed and said no you can get a refund. When I ordered it through the drive thru I asked for salt they said they had none so entire store making all that food has none? Yea right."
"Salad lettuce was expired and wilted. Wish they told me they didn’t have any salad, rather than have me pay for this."
"Terrible experience, worst Panera location I’ve ever ordered from. The catering order I placed was over an hour late in being prepared. I even received confirmation the order was ready but hadn’t been started when I got there. The meeting the order was for had already started by the time it was done. Complete waste of time and money. I understand that delays happen but to message that the order was ready for pickup is unacceptable."
