"Short encounter through the drive thru but the guy that took my order was very nice and polite. Even asked if I wanted ketchup. Other places I barely get a hello but this outstanding gentleman asked how I was doing and other small bits that he didn't have to do. Keep up the good work."

"This BK restaurant used to be okay but now the new hires like Shay (sp?) are absolutely out of control with disrespect for the customer. This Shay woman told a senior couple: "Don't slide that money to me like you're disrespectful - put it in my hand!" I asked her not to talk to the seniors that way and she went crazy! Yelling at me to leave HER store. I was waiting for fries and she called the police telling them that they need to escort me out of HER restaurant because I was acting crazy! She literally scared the old couple into saying that she was not mean & disrespectful to them. No surprise that this restaurant cannot open their lobby at the times it's supposed to be open. (This old restaurant is way, way overdue for a remodel!) And employees who don't scare off our seniors. *Chris is a good manger so I'm not sure why he allowed this woman to carry on like she did! Maybe she scared him too?"
