"Food is fine. It’s McDonalds. Low expectations and all. But what makes this store different is their lack of caring for anything that relates to customers. They screw up orders, forget parts of your order, and simply don’t seem to have any type of understanding that this is a job. Meaning the job has requirements and expectations and they just follow whatever rules they want."
"Food is always good + hot, and customer service for me is good as well. My only complaint is the last 3 times i have went and asked for sides of breakfast sauce, it barely even covers the bottom of the containers. I pay 1.50 and don’t even get a full cup of product. I miss when they gave it in 4 piece nugget boxes because at least then even if it was a small amount, it was still much more than this."

"So have all McDonald's in Plymouth, Canton removed the soda refill out front? Because this one did that we waited 10 min for someone to come to the front just to refill my drink. Then haned me a brand new plastic cup. What a waste if they do this for every refill. Yes for the price of that drink I'm asking for a refill. No plans to go back. The wait was crazy and the price for the quality has greatly diminished. My comments in no way reflect the workers, I could see they were jamming to keep up. But between drive through, phone in, and delivery there was limit to in restaurant help."
"Used to love this location. Past few times though they have forgotten important things. Like the patty for my cheeseburger one day, or no cheese the next trip on 2 cheeseburgers, and now today $18 and didn't even get my complete meal. I shouldn't have to come back through to get my order. Please work with your kitchen and expeditors."
